How are offers decided?

What is the Trade-In Bonus?
An amount our team adds to every approved trade-in offer, on top of your vehicle’s trade-in value. It applies only toward a vehicle you buy from us, and it’s always shown separately: your vehicle’s trade-in value + Trade-In Bonus = total trade-in offer. Our team sets the amount for each vehicle; nothing calculates it automatically.
Which vehicles do you buy?
Vehicles up to 10 model years old: today that’s model year 2016 or newer, including next year’s models. Our team sets this limit, and it moves forward every New Year.
What if I still owe money on it?
Tell us the lender and roughly what you owe. We verify the actual payoff with your lender. If you owe more than an offer, the difference is never added to a purchase automatically. We’ll talk it through with you first.
How does a trade-in work with an auction purchase?
Keep your trade-in offer while you bid. When you win, choose to apply it to that purchase; it’s subject to final vehicle inspection and verification. Picking up? Bring your trade-in to the agreed pickup location for inspection. Home delivery? We coordinate delivery and the collection of your trade-in, with an independent inspection at the exchange.
Are the offers binding?
Each offer is valid for 7 days and is conditional on an in-person inspection and on verification of ownership, title and any loan payoff. If anything is materially different, we’ll explain it and you decide whether to accept a revised offer.
