Six months of warranty protection.
Cars of Florida owns every vehicle it sells and inspects each one before its auction opens. The six-month warranty is how we plan to stand behind those vehicles after the sale.
Planned. Not in effect yet.
The written warranty terms are still being finalised. Until they are published here, no vehicle carries this warranty, and nothing on this page is a warranty or a promise of coverage.

Warranty overview
The warranty is planned as protection from the dealership itself, not a product sold by someone else: one warranty for each vehicle sold, for six months, on written terms.
Those written terms will be the only statement of the warranty. This page explains what is decided so far and where each remaining detail will be set out.
Coverage and exclusions
Not yet published. What the warranty covers, and what it excludes, will be listed in the written warranty terms.
Until those terms are published, assume nothing is covered. Bid on a vehicle on the strength of its listing and its inspection, not on the expectation of a warranty.
Eligibility
Not yet published. Which vehicles and purchases qualify, and anything you must do to keep coverage, will be stated in the written terms.
Coverage duration
Six months is the planned length of protection.
When the six months begin, and any other limit that applies, will be stated in the written terms.
How warranty claims work
Not yet published. The claims process (who to contact, what to provide and what happens next) will be described in the written terms.

Important conditions and limitations
- The written terms govern. Once published, they are the only statement of the warranty. This page summarises them and never overrides them.
- An inspection report is not a warranty. Inspection findings and warranty coverage are separate: nothing in an inspection report establishes, extends or limits a warranty.
- Known findings stay on record. Material findings are disclosed on the listing before any bid, whatever the warranty covers.
- The winning bid is the price. There is no buyer premium or platform fee. Taxes, title, registration and any optional shipping are separate.
Questions
Is the six-month warranty available now?
Not yet. The written terms are being finalised; until they are published, no vehicle carries this warranty.
Will a vehicle I win today be covered?
Only if the written warranty terms say so. Please don’t bid on the assumption that a vehicle is covered.
Who provides the warranty?
It is planned as a warranty backed by Cars of Florida, the dealership that owns and sells the vehicle. The written terms will name the warrantor.
Is the inspection report a warranty?
No. The inspection is a factual record of what was observed on a stated date. It does not establish, extend or limit any warranty. How inspection works.
Where will the written terms be published?
On this page. When they are, the notice at the top links to them.
Every vehicle, inspected first.
Material findings are public before any bid. Browse the current auctions, or read how the inspection works.
